Thanksgiving

My grandma fell two weeks ago, and broke her back, so she has been in the hospital/rehab.  Since she was  in rehab Thursday, we had Thanksgiving at my house for my dad's side of the family.  I told her she had to be home by Christmas, because we are supposed to celebrate Holidays at her house, not mine!

As us girls were getting lunch ready, here is what the boys were doing...playing on their phones.  Just as soon as lunch was over, they were back to playing on their phones.  Do they not understand men are welcomed in the kitchen when it's time to help clean?!?!?
After lunch we went to see Grandma.  She is doing really well, and hopes to be coming home sometime next week!  Here is a picture of us Grandchildren after visiting Grandma.
After we had lunch and went to the hospital, we were off to Kinston to have Thanksgiving with mom's side of the family.

It has always been said on the Gray side of the family that you are to share news over a meal, so that is just what Blair did.  Check out her outfit!!

Yes, Blair is going to be a Big Sister.  Lindsay just found out that she is pregnant...with TWINS.  We are all so excited.  Please keep Lindsay and the babies in your prayers as they grow/develop over the next several months.  Her due date is June 5.  Again, we are thrilled and can hardly wait to find out what they are at Christmas.  She finds out December 21, but is waiting to tell us Christmas Day.

Hope you all had a Happy Thanksgiving.  I sure did, and have so much to be Thankful for!!

Show Us Where You Live: Kitchen

Today is Show Us Where You Live: Kitchen. Below are pictures of my kitchen. Most of the pictures are from last year, because I haven't changed much in my kitchen. I do have a couple of new pictures showing you what I have changed since we last toured kitchens on Kelly's Korner.

Looking in from the Living Room Decorations Looking towards the master bedroom.
Last year's picture...looking towards the Living Room.
The rug has changed and a dog food bowl was added for Jacques.
Looking in from the master bedroom hallway.
This is a picture from last year too, and below is a newer one. My chairs are monogramed with a "T". I added a rug. In the spring/summer I have a red rug, but now that it's fall, I need to put down my darker rug.
Hope you enjoyed! Head on over to Kelly's Korner to take a look at more kitchens.
