Halloween Bunco

Tonight Emily hosted a Halloween Bunco. Her decorations were soo cute. She even had the Halloween theme going on in the food.

The Frazzled Female

Tonight we finished The Frazzled Female. This was a great Bible Study to do for any woman, young or old. There are many things that keep us from our day to day time with Jesus, and this study helps you focus on Him during those frazzled times. If you are in need of a new Bible Study...this is the one to get!

Freezing Cold!!!

I thought the weather was going to be perfect for the football game considering there was a high of 60....WRONG! It was freezing cold. I was not dressed for the weather. The sun did come out for a little bit, but of course, it didn't shine in the section that I sit in! Oh well, today was Homecoming and the Pirates won, so it did make the game a good one. The First Great-Grandchild!!

Lindsay and Brett went today to find out if they are having a girl or a boy. Well..........

IT'S A GIRL!!!!

I am sooo excited. I can hardy wait to buy cute little dresses like the one below. This will be the first great-grandchild on my mom's side, and you would think it was the first child ever b/c we are all so excited. My mom always said that Lindsay was the prettiest baby she has ever seen, so I am sure this is going to be one cute little girl!!

I'll try my best not to buy this little one too much!!

Guess Who Was In Town Yesterday?!?!?

I can not believe no one told me. I used to be in love with Nick Lachey when him and Jessica Simpson were married. Back then, Newlyweds was my favorite TV Show. Apparently he came to town to deliver an Ipod that someone had won off of his website. I wish I was the one that had won the Ipod!!!

Tonight starts another night of Reality TV that I can watch. I am so excited...I love this show!!

Where it is a First Down.....PIRATES!!!

This week over at Kelly's Korner it is Show Us Your Life: Tailgates and Favorite Teams. Well as you can tell from my blog title I am an East Carolina Girl...GO PIRATES!!!

Here are some pictures of us tailgating. This is something we love to do. We make sure everyone brings something. We go out there long enough to socialize for a couple of hours before we walk into the game and start cheering for the PIRATES!

Fall is in the Air!

I decided this weekend that it was time to put summer in my past, because fall is in the air. I am definitely a summer time girl, but I do enjoy decorating my house for Halloween and Thanksgiving. I tend to leave most of my decorations out for October and November. Here are a few pics of my fall decorations!
